Keep Consistent Branding
Keep Consistent Branding
Once you’ve designed your visual system—colors, fonts, patterns, logo—the next challenge is consistency. A customer should feel your brand identity no matter where they meet you: on Etsy, your landing page, Instagram, or even in a product instruction sheet. Consistency builds trust. Inconsistency looks amateur and breaks the story you’ve worked so hard to create.
Where Consistency Matters
- Landing Page → carry over your fonts, colors, and logo from packaging.
- Etsy Shop → make sure your banner, shop icon, and listing photos match the look of your landing page.
- Social Media → keep a unified template for posts: same color accents, same font pairings, subtle background patterns.
- Marketing Materials → PDFs, instruction guides, email headers—all should use the same palette and typography.
- Product Packaging & Inserts → any thank-you notes, instruction cards, or promo flyers should feel like they belong with the product.
Consistency doesn’t mean repetition. It means every piece feels like it’s part of the same family. When your colors, fonts, and patterns show up everywhere, customers remember you faster and trust you more.
Create a simple “brand kit” file that includes your logo, font names, hex codes for your colors, and at least one repeatable pattern. Keep it handy, and apply it to every design—whether it’s an Etsy banner or a social post.
